Kyusa is seeking candidates to build long-term careers in the IT sector as Account Managers for their client. This role is perfect for those with a technical background who wish to merge IT expertise with business and client relationship management.

We are currently recruiting a Account Manager at Kyusa based in Kampala, Uganda to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary client contact, managing accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
Understand client business needs and recommend ERP solutions like Odoo.
Coordinate with technical teams to meet client requirements.
Provide basic training and support on ERP systems.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and generate new business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Basic understanding of Business ERP systems, especially Odoo.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
