Jeph International University (JIU) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our administrative team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in welcoming prospective students and guiding them through the entire enrollment journey. Your primary responsibility is to represent JIU's inspiring motto, 'Providing Wings to Your Dreams,' by offering exceptional support, assessing academic credentials, and facilitating a seamless transition into higher education. Collaborating closely with diverse academic departments, you will ensure all application processes align with our institution's high standards. We are currently recruiting a Admission Officer at Jeph International University (JIU) to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Guide prospective students through the admissions and enrollment process.
Evaluate student applications and academic credentials against university standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant databases and student records.
Collaborate with academic departments to facilitate onboarding and orientations.
Represent Jeph International University at education fairs, outreach events, and school visits.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a science discipline
At least 3 years of remarkable & proven experience for the same job
Below 40 years of age
