Job Description

The Associate Consultant – Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting medical imaging (X-rays, CT, MRI) to diagnose cardiac conditions at Uganda Heart Institute (UHI).

Key Responsibilities

Interpret medical imaging including X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs to diagnose cardiac conditions
Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of diagnostic findings
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of radiology services at UHI

Qualifications

Medical degree from a recognized institution
Specialization in Radiology with a focus on cardiac imaging
Valid registration with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
Proven experience in interpreting cardiac imaging
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
