Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Bar Attendant / Cashier to join our hospitality team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, taking drink and food orders, serving beverages, and handling all monetary checkout transactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will maintain a tidy and organized bar workstation, manage cash floats accurately, and deliver friendly service to patrons. This position includes daily lunch and provided staff accommodation as part of the overall compensation package.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly, present menus, and answer questions about drinks and food items.
Take orders accurately and prepare or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Handle cash and digital payments, operate the register, and calculate correct change.
Keep the bar counter, workspace, glasses, and seating area clean, organized, and hygienic.
Track daily bar stock and report sales figures to management at the end of every shift.

Qualifications

Prior experience working as a bar attendant, cashier, or waitress in hospitality is an added advantage.
Basic numeracy skills with strong cash handling accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Honest, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced establishment.
