Varsani Group is seeking a Batteries Sales Manager to drive sales strategy, grow the customer base, and expand market share within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and a strong understanding of the Ugandan market. Fluency in Chinese is a significant advantage.

We are currently recruiting a Batteries Sales Manager at Varsani Group to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales strategy and grow the customer base.
Find new business opportunities and expand market share.
Manage key accounts and dealers.
Lead the sales team to meet targets.
Track the market and report on sales and forecasts.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Proven record of meeting sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Ugandan market is an advantage.
Fluency in Chinese is highly preferred.
