We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Makindye location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or hospitality operations, with proven supervisory or management experience. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

We are currently recruiting a Branch Manager, Makindye at Coffee At Last based in Makindye branch on Mobutu Road to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction
Manage and motivate staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor and report on sales, expenses, and profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and implement strategies to increase branch revenue and customer loyalty
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
Proven supervisory or management experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Proficiency in inventory management and financial reporting
