Job Description

We are seeking a caring and responsible individual to serve as a caretaker for a 1-year-old girl. The ideal candidate will be reliable, patient, and experienced in childcare. The role involves ensuring the child's safety, well-being, and daily needs are met during the specified work hours.

We are currently recruiting a Caretaker based in Banda or Kireka to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and well-being of the child at all times
Prepare meals and feed the child as needed
Change diapers and maintain hygiene
Engage the child in age-appropriate activities
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Communicate with parents about the child's daily activities and needs

Qualifications

Previous experience in childcare or a related field
Patience and a loving attitude towards children
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Reliability and punctuality
Basic first aid knowledge is a plus
