UGANET, a national NGO with over 20 years of experience in advocating for health, human rights, and gender equality in Uganda, is seeking a Child Protection Case Worker to join their refugee response team. The role involves working across various duty stations in Uganda, providing critical support and protection services to vulnerable children in refugee settlements.

Our organisation is seeking a suitably qualified Child Protection Case Worker at UGANET based in Multiple locations: Adjumani, Palorinya, Palabek, Kiryandongo, Rhino Camp, Imvepi, Bidibidi, Nakivale, Oruchinga, Kyangwali.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct case management support to children in need of protection
Conduct assessments and develop individualized case plans
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on case progress
Engage with community leaders and stakeholders to enhance child protection mechanisms

Qualifications

Relevant education and experience in child protection, social work, or a related field
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to safeguarding and confidentiality
Good organization and reporting skills
