Unifi, a leading microfinance and loan company operating across Africa, is seeking a passionate and outgoing Client Growth Sales Representative to join their team in Kisoro, Uganda. The role involves actively building client relationships and marketing Unifi's loan products through direct marketing, networking, cold calling, and flyer distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers and generate new market leads.
Client Acquisition: Seek new clients through networking, direct marketing, and cold calling.
Planning & Reporting: Develop and implement monthly/weekly work plans and performance reports.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a client pipeline list and follow up on leads.
Marketing & Events: Run presentations, client acquisition initiatives, and assist in public networking events and giveaways.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer service and following up after conversion.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Riding skills (Must be able to ride a motorcycle).
