Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and obtain detailed medical histories.
Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic clinical conditions.
Prescribe appropriate medications and medical treatments in accordance with standard medical guidelines.
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests such as basic laboratory investigations.
Provide emergency medical care and stabilize patients requiring urgent attention.
Refer complex cases to specialized healthcare professionals when necessary.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment compliance.
Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date electronic and physical patient medical records.

Qualifications

Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Community Health from a recognized institution.
Valid registration and up-to-date practicing license with the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC).
Strong clinical diagnostic, therapeutic, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-care skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
High level of integrity, professional ethics, and confidentiality.
