Ssezibwa Falls is looking for a "natural storyteller who knows how to stop the scroll." The ideal candidate will turn great moments into engaging content that people watch to the end, share, and come back for. This is a hands-on role for someone who is both a creator and a strategist.

We are currently recruiting a Content & Social Media Manager at Ssezibwa Falls to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Treat the video as your first assignment for Ssezibwa Falls: make it engaging, use a strong hook, keep it concise, and let your personality shine. Ensure your video is edited well (ideally in CapCut) to prove your proficiency. When sharing links to social media pages, choose accounts where your work led to measurable growth or high engagement. Make sure the WhatsApp message is professional and includes all requested items clearly.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: Shooting content weekly (both video and photo)
Editing: Editing video content specifically using CapCut
Scheduling & Publishing: Managing a weekly content calendar and publishing content across platforms
Storytelling: Writing hooks and building stories that keep viewers watching and reward them for staying (retention)
Trend Monitoring: Keeping the brand's content current with trends on TikTok and beyond

Qualifications

Location: Based in Mukono
Creative Skills: A natural content creator and storyteller who understands hook retention and audience reward
Platform Knowledge: A TikTok native with a strong understanding of social trends
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in CapCut
Equipment: Must own an iPhone 13 or newer that shoots great content
