TMT Supermarket is conducting a mass recruitment drive for various positions at its Muyenga Branch. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in roles such as Customer Care Executives, Data Entrants, and Section Supervisors. We are currently recruiting a Customer Care Executives, Data Entrants, Section Supervisors at TMT Supermarket based in Muyenga Branch, Tank Hill Road to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Manage and organize supermarket floor operations
Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping
Supervise and coordinate team activities
Work flexible retail shifts, including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Minimum of O-Level Certificate (UCE) for operational roles
Diploma or relevant qualification for Supervisors and Data Entrants
Prior experience in retail, supermarket operations, or customer service is a strong advantage
