Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Dentist to join our team in Kyanja, Kampala. The role involves diagnosing dental issues, performing routine procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions, and potentially handling more complex cases depending on qualifications and experience. The position is open to both Diploma and Degree holders in Dentistry, with full-time opportunities for Diploma holders and part-time opportunities for Degree holders.

We are currently recruiting a Dentist based in Kyanja, Kampala to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat dental issues
Perform routine dental procedures including cleanings, fillings, and extractions
Handle more complex procedures as qualified
Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient care
Manage daily clinic operations (for full-time roles)
Supervise and mentor junior staff (for part-time roles)

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Dentistry
Valid professional registration with the Uganda Medical and Dental Practitioners Council (UMDPC)
Relevant dental experience is an advantage
