Job Description

Global Hands of Hope is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Programs Director to support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of our key initiatives and programs. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with department heads to ensure the highest standards of quality, impact, and strategic alignment across all program areas. The Deputy Programs Director plays a critical role in driving organizational success by assisting in comprehensive reporting, donor coordination, and extensive field supervision to ensure activities are executed effectively. This position is ideal for a proactive leader who is passionate about community development and capable of managing complex programmatic operations. The successful candidate will help shape the strategic direction of our programs, foster strong relationships with partners, and mentor field teams to achieve sustainable, impactful results.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of programs.
Work with department heads to ensure quality, impact, and strategic alignment.
Assist in comprehensive reporting, donor coordination, and field supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in project planning/management, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Proven experience in strategic planning, program management, and business development.
