We are seeking a Director of Strategy and Innovation to lead the review, alignment, and delivery of BADI’s 2026-2030 strategy. This role ensures the organization is well-positioned to anticipate and respond to shifts in the agricultural development landscape.

We are currently recruiting a Director Strategy and Innovation at badi (Basec Agriculture Development Initiative) based in Kampala - Head Office to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
At least 5 years in a senior management role in an NGO
