We are urgently seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse with at least two years of practical experience working in clinics or drugshops to join our healthcare team in Kireka. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, patient management capabilities, and a good understanding of pharmaceutical dispensing procedures in a clinic or community pharmacy setting.

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, keeping accurate medical records, and ensuring a hygienic and supportive environment for all patients. This role demands a reliable, compassionate healthcare professional capable of handling day-to-day nursing duties efficiently in a busy medical environment.

We are currently recruiting a Enrolled Nurse based in Kireka to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately to patients.
Perform patient triage, basic physical examinations, and monitor vital signs.
Assist medical staff with clinical procedures and day-to-day duties.
Manage inventory of clinic and drugshop supplies, medications, and equipment.
Maintain clear, organized, and confidential patient medical records.
Provide health education and guidance to patients regarding prescription adherence.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Enrolled Nursing from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years of proven hands-on nursing experience in clinics or drugshops.
Valid practicing license from the relevant nursing regulatory body in Uganda.
Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision in Kireka.
