A drug shop located in Namayumba Town Centre is seeking a dedicated and qualified Enrolled Nurse to manage day-to-day operations and serve the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing medications, offering guidance on drug usage, managing stock inventory, and ensuring patient safety standards are met at all times.

We are currently recruiting a Enrolled Nurse based in Namayumba TC to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense prescribed medications and over-the-counter pharmaceutical products accurately to clients.
Provide patient consultation regarding proper dosage, administration, and potential side effects of drugs.
Manage drug shop inventory, keep accurate stock records, and ensure correct storage of medical supplies.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance with local health regulations.
Deliver friendly and professional healthcare assistance to community members visiting the drug shop.

Qualifications

Certificate in Enrolled Nursing from a recognized health training institution.
Valid registration with the Uganda Nurses and Midwives Council (UNMC).
Previous experience working in a pharmacy or drug shop setting is an added advantage.
Good understanding of basic pharmacology and retail drug store management.
