Job Description

We are seeking 8 female Field Sales Representatives to join our team in Uganda. The role involves promoting and selling stationery and office supplies to schools, offices, corporate entities, and distributors across the country. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a deep understanding of the Ugandan market, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

An opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Representative.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Actively seek out and close new sales opportunities in the Ugandan market.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (schools, offices, corporate entities, and distributors).
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Distribute products effectively to ensure market penetration.

Qualifications

Gender: Must be Female.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and distribution within the Ugandan market.
Industry Knowledge: MANDATORY previous experience specifically in selling stationery and office supplies.
Skills: Dynamic, Results-driven, Customer-focused.
