DANIEL PERFUMES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the company's operations in Uganda. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, managing teams, and ensuring the company's strategic objectives are met.

An opportunity has arisen for a GENERAL MANAGER at DANIEL PERFUMES.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth business functioning
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the retail or cosmetics industry
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
