As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operational functions of the establishment, ensuring consistent service delivery, high standards of food quality, and excellent guest satisfaction. You will take charge of team leadership, staff recruitment, schedule planning, and fostering a positive, performance-driven working environment.

In addition to floor management, the role involves supervising financial targets, monitoring labor and inventory costs, and coordinating local marketing initiatives to maintain growth and business performance. Candidates with proven experience in casual dining or fast-paced hospitality environments are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Strong team leadership, operational planning, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of inventory management, P&L oversight, and labor scheduling.
