Job Description

Wild Frontiers Uganda Safaris is seeking a Guest Experience, Standards & Sustainability Manager to drive guest experience, operational standards, and sustainability across our tourism and hospitality operations. The role involves overseeing service excellence, implementing SOPs, managing sustainability initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement through guest feedback.

We are currently recruiting a Guest Experience, Standards & Sustainability Manager – Uganda at Wild Frontiers Uganda Safaris based in Entebbe, with travel to upcountry properties to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive guest experience and service excellence across all properties
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards
Conduct service audits to ensure compliance with company standards
Lead sustainability and responsible tourism initiatives
Oversee staff training, coaching, and development programs
Manage guest feedback mechanisms and implement continuous improvement strategies

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field
Proven experience in hospitality, guest experience, quality assurance, or sustainability
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Genuine passion for sustainability and responsible tourism
Willingness to travel to upcountry properties
