Capital Solutions (CSL) is seeking an exceptional Head of Business Services to serve as our senior operational leader directly below the Chief Executive Officer. In this pivotal executive leadership role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, managing core business operations, and leading strategy execution across our portfolio of service offerings.

As Head of Business Services, you will work closely with executive leadership to streamline organizational processes, mentor multidisciplinary teams, oversee service delivery, and build strategic partnerships. This position is ideal for a results-driven management professional looking to make a lasting impact in a dynamic business consulting and development environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the senior operational leader directly below the CEO, guiding daily business operations and strategic implementation.
Design and implement operational strategies, workflows, and quality assurance processes to enhance business efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional department heads and operational teams to achieve key organizational targets.
Oversee client service delivery and project management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and impact.
Monitor organizational financial performance, budget allocation, and operational risk management.
Represent Capital Solutions in key stakeholder interactions, networking events, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.
Extensive experience in a senior management or executive operational role within business services or consulting.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process optimization, and corporate governance.
Strong interpersonal, executive management, and leadership abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical problem-solving capacity.
