The Head of School will provide overall leadership of the campus, ensuring integrated education, healthcare, and residential services, and building a safe, inclusive, and high-performing institution.

We are currently recruiting a Head of School (Institutional Leadership) at Strategic Engagement Limited to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
