Job Description

Winmatots Daycare & Preschool is seeking a dedicated KG II Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for children aged 4 to 5 years old, preparing them for primary school through play-based activities and character development.

An opportunity has arisen for a KG II Teacher (Kindergarten 2) at Winmatots Daycare & Preschool.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement fun, play-based learning activities that promote basic literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Ensure the physical safety, hygiene, and emotional well-being of the children
Observe and track each child's developmental progress and communicate with parents
Maintain a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Qualifications

Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Early Childhood Development (ECD)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education
Strong computer skills, particularly in educational tools and applications
Commitment to Christian values and positive character development
