Job Description

To be responsible for marketing the institute’s courses and training programs, identifying and attracting prospective students, making follow-ups with potential applicants, explaining course details and admission requirements, converting inquiries into enrollments, building partnerships with schools and organizations, and meeting student recruitment and sales targets to increase enrollment and revenue.

As a Field Sales Executive located in Makerere, Kampala, you will act as a key brand representative for the institute. Your main priority will be visiting target locations, organizing educational recruitment drives, and engaging direct prospects to convert initial interest into course registrations. This position offers a base monthly salary of 500,000 UGX plus lunch allowance.

Key Responsibilities

Market the institute's courses and training programs to target audiences.
Identify and attract prospective students through direct field outreach and sales efforts.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential applicants to convert inquiries into actual enrollments.
Explain course details, training options, and admission requirements clearly to prospects.
Build and maintain active partnerships with secondary schools, community hubs, and local organizations.
Meet and exceed student recruitment and sales targets to support institutional growth and revenue goals.

Qualifications

Must hold an A Level certificate (UACE).
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in marketing or sales.
Strong interpersonal and field sales skills.
