Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Marketing Sales Person to drive direct sales and expand our customer reach. In this commission-based role, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting products effectively to prospective buyers, and closing deals to meet weekly performance benchmarks. Successful candidates will earn 100,000 UGX per sale completed.

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers and initiate sales presentations to introduce products and services.

Achieve and maintain a minimum weekly sales volume of 2 to 5 sales.
Follow up on client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during sales closing.
Maintain accurate logs of daily sales activities and customer outreach effort.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid National ID.
Must have a phone number registered in your own official names.
Willingness and drive to achieve at least 2 to 5 sales per week.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasive skills.
High level of self-motivation, endurance, and target-driven mindset.
