UGANET, a national NGO with over 20 years of experience in advocating for health, human rights, and gender equality in Uganda, is seeking an M&E Officer to support their refugee response programming. The role involves monitoring and evaluating programs across various duty stations in Uganda, ensuring effective data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance program impact and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks for refugee response programs.
Collect, analyze, and report on program data to assess progress and impact.
Ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational standards.
Collaborate with field teams to strengthen data collection and reporting processes.
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

Relevant education and experience in monitoring and evaluation, public health, or related field.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in data management tools and software.
Experience working in humanitarian or refugee contexts is an advantage.
Commitment to safeguarding, confidentiality, and respect for diverse communities.
