Job Description

A metron is needed to work in a school located in the Namasuba-Ndejje division. The salary scale is 200,000 UGX, paid promptly on time. Applicants must possess a valid National ID to be considered for this position. Please note that transport allowance or money is not provided.

As a school Matron, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care, supervision, and guidance to students in the boarding facilities or daily school environment. You will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, managing student welfare, supporting personal hygiene, and maintaining a safe and discipline-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, reliable, patient, and capable of fostering a supportive atmosphere for young learners while maintaining clear communication with school administration.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate effectively with school administrators regarding student health and welfare.

Qualifications

Must possess a valid National ID.
Prior experience as a school matron or in child caretaking is an added advantage.
High level of integrity, patience, and responsibility.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
