Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across store, warehouse, e-commerce, customer service, and fulfillment
Build and maintain SOPs, accountability structures, and reporting frameworks to support scaling
Manage operational staff, including performance reviews and building a high-performance culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 3 years' working experience in an operations management role in a structured, fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
Strong natural leadership ability and maturity
