The Operations Manager at Modest Alliance International ensures the fleet remains mission-ready, overseeing trucks, maintenance, mechanics, and parts. This role supervises the Logistics Officer, maintains the truck register, manages preventive maintenance, and handles road damage incident reports, repairs, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the truck register, including condition, service history, licensing, and availability for missions.
Manage mechanics and parts through preventive maintenance scheduling and repair oversight.
Record and manage road damage incident reports, assess damage, arrange repairs, and track costs to closure.
Raise and approve mechanic-related requests at the branch level.
Supervise the Logistics Officer to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in fleet management or operations.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
Ability to manage budgets and track costs effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
