This combined role requires versatile tradespeople who can handle both the structural woodwork and the finishing touches of the building.

An opportunity has arisen for a Painters and Carpenters.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood for formwork (for pouring concrete), roof framing, door/window frames, and fitted furniture.
Preparing surfaces (sanding, filling cracks), applying primers, and applying final coats of paint, varnish, or wallpaper to both interior and exterior surfaces to give the building a clean, finished look.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Relevant qualification or experience for the Painters and Carpenters role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of industry best practices.
