LiveGirl is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing leadership development and mentorship programs for girls and young women aged 10-22. As the Program Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing daily operations, coordinating program activities, and ensuring the successful execution of core initiatives such as SHE WORKS and SHE CARES. This position requires an operational lead to manage project workflows, support mentor teams, and streamline administrative processes so all youth participants receive high-impact mentorship and career readiness programming at no cost.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day program operations and workflows across core organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in non-profit project management, program operations, or youth development coordination.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Demonstrated commitment and passion for empowering young women through mentorship and leadership opportunities.
