Inspire Africa Group (IAG) is seeking a Project Finance Officer to join our Construction department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

We are currently recruiting a Project Finance Officer at Inspire Africa Group (IAG) to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

Manage financial planning and budgeting for construction projects
Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets
Prepare financial reports and forecasts for project stakeholders
Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate financial tracking
Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Support the preparation of financial proposals and grant applications

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in project finance or a similar role
Strong knowledge of financial management and accounting principles
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
