Job Description

MU-JHU CARE LTD (MU-JHU Research Collaboration) is seeking 5 Qualitative Research Assistants to conduct in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, and analyze non-numerical data (text, audio, video) to understand experiences, behaviors, and social contexts within research studies.

We are currently recruiting a Qualitative Research Assistants at MU-JHU CARE LTD (MU-JHU Research Collaboration) to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth interviews with study participants
Facilitate focus group discussions
Analyze non-numerical data including text, audio, and video
Interpret findings to understand experiences, behaviors, and social contexts
Contribute to research reports and publications

Qualifications

Experience in qualitative research methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze and interpret non-numerical data
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in using qualitative analysis software is a plus
