The Uganda Heart Institute (UHI) is seeking a qualified Radiographer to join their team in Kampala. This role is part of a larger recruitment drive for 91 vacancies across clinical, technical, and administrative categories. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality radiographic services to support the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

We are currently recruiting a Radiographer at Uganda Heart Institute (UHI) based in Mulago, Kampala to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with precision and accuracy.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Maintain and operate radiographic equipment according to established protocols.
Collaborate with medical teams to provide accurate imaging results.
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of medical information.

Qualifications

Diploma in Medical Radiology.
Registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council.
Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
