Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Radiographer to join our healthcare team at Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining high standards of care.

We are currently recruiting a Radiographer at Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital based in Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital, Ibanda to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures
Maintain and operate radiographic equipment
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Radiography
Registration with the Allied Health Professionals Council
Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
