The Rooms Division Manager is a key leadership position in hotel management at The Wheatbaker, responsible for overseeing daily operations across both the Front Office and Housekeeping departments. This executive role demands a seasoned hospitality leader capable of upholding exceptional service standards to guarantee unforgettable guest experiences at our high-end boutique property.

Working closely with senior executive management, the Rooms Division Manager leads budget planning, department performance reviews, and targeted staff development. By driving quality control initiatives, standardizing operational procedures, and fostering a high-performance workforce, the manager ensures that the rooms division continuously exceeds revenue goals and customer satisfaction targets in luxury hospitality.

An opportunity has arisen for a Rooms Division Manager at The Wheatbaker based in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.
