Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership of the SACCO
Oversee financial, administrative, and human resource management

Implement Board decisions and promote financial sustainability

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Microfinance, Law, or related field
At least 3 years' relevant experience in a bank, microfinance institution, or SACCO
Supervisory/managerial experience is an added advantage
CPA(U), ACCA, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent is an added advantage
