Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners
Promote hotel services through various marketing channels, including digital and traditional media
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns
Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management for decision-making

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills
