Merit Credit Microfinance is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in Kampala, Uganda. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and achieving revenue targets in the microfinance sector.

Our organisation is seeking a suitably qualified Sales Manager at Merit Credit Microfinance based in Suite LG-15, Yamaha Centre, Burton Street, Kampala.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion
Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field
At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience in financial services, banking, or microfinance is a strong advantage
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
