Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated School Warden to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education or social work, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

An opportunity has arisen for a School Warden at Uganda Martyrs Ibanda Hospital based in P.O. Box 103, Ibanda.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain discipline among students
Ensure the safety and security of students and staff
Handle student behavioral issues and provide counseling when necessary
Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create a positive school environment
Conduct regular patrols of the school premises

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or Social Work
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
