Job Description

The Social Media Associate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, growing online communities, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. The role will focus on strengthening the organization’s online presence, increasing audience engagement, and using social media performance insights to support marketing objectives.

We are currently recruiting a Social Media Associate at ITM Group to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, create, and publish engaging content across the organization’s social media platforms.
Prepare and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
Design creative and eye-catching graphics using tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Create social media content including graphics, captions, short videos, reels, stories, and promotional materials.
Monitor social media platforms and respond professionally to comments, messages, inquiries, and audience interactions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, or another related field.
Previous experience managing social media content, posting, and audience engagement across different platforms.
Practical experience in graphic design using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design tools.
Experience planning and executing digital campaigns and monitoring their performance is an added advantage.
