Job Description
UJAN MEDICALS is hiring a full-time sonographer for SM Care Hospital in Mubende District, Uganda. This role focuses on performing ultrasound examinations and delivering quality patient care in a busy medical setting.
Daily tasks include operating ultrasound equipment, interpreting images, and communicating findings to physicians and patients. The sonographer works closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient comfort.
This position suits someone with a diploma or degree in medical imaging or sonography, along with experience in a clinical setting. Familiarity with various ultrasound procedures, such as abdominal, pelvic, and obstetric scans, is essential.
