Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited (SCOUL) is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Sugar Loading Supervisors to oversee and coordinate the loading operations at our factory department in Lugazi. In this role, you will play a critical part in our logistics and warehouse management, ensuring that product dispatch is handled efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidates will supervise the loading teams, verify dispatch documentation, and coordinate with transport personnel to maintain a seamless flow of goods. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily loading of sugar products onto transit vehicles.
Ensure all dispatches match the corresponding documentation and warehouse records.
Manage and motivate the loading crew to maintain high productivity and safety standards.
Liaise with the logistics and warehouse departments to optimize dispatch schedules.
Enforce health, safety, and quality standards within the loading and factory area.
Maintain accurate loading logs and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Business or Management studies from a Reputable Institution.
Age Limit: Not exceeding 45 years of age.
2 years and above preferably in Warehouse Management.
Clean previous employment record.
