We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Team Leaders to join our Retail Banking Department. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, leading and motivating sales teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is an urgent requirement with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

An opportunity has arisen for a TEAM LEADERS SALES.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer retention
Prepare and present sales reports to management

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in retail banking
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus
