Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage audit engagements for public sector and NGO clients
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Prepare and review financial statements and audit reports
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional service

Qualifications

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification
Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably in the public sector or NGO environment
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and audit standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
