Job Description

Java House Uganda, a renowned regional restaurant and coffee chain, is opening a new branch in Mbarara and is seeking a Branch Supervisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new branch launch, offering a dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a focus on high-quality customer service and food standards.

An opportunity has arisen for a Branch Supervisor at Java House Uganda based in Upcoming Mbarara Branch, Mbarara, Uganda.

Working within a supportive team, the post-holder will be expected to plan and prioritise their own workload, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and maintain high standards in every task. Previous experience in a comparable position is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant branch
Manage and motivate staff to ensure excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain inventory and ensure proper stock management
Coordinate with the head office for operational needs

Qualifications

Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Field
Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
