St. Mary's Hospital Lacor is seeking a dedicated Compound Attendant to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of our hospital grounds. We are currently recruiting a Compound Attendant at St. Mary's Hospital Lacor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hospital compound
Perform routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
Assist in setting up and dismantling equipment for events or activities
Ensure all areas are safe and accessible for patients and staff
Report any damages or issues to the appropriate department

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor
Good communication skills
