ACLAIM Africa Limited is seeking a Consultant - Organizational Effectiveness (Senior Level) to provide technical input and support in consulting, training, and outsourcing engagements. Interpret client terms of reference, manage assigned engagements, and review draft reports. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred), and 6 years of experience in organizational development consulting, strategy, and governance.

As a senior consultant, you will drive impactful change initiatives for client organizations, designing tailored capacity-building programs, conducting institutional assessments, and leading cross-functional consulting teams. This role demands a strong focus on deliverable excellence, stakeholder alignment, and continuous organizational improvement in a dynamic management consulting environment.

We are currently recruiting a Consultant - Organizational Effectiveness (Senior Level) at ACLAIM Africa Limited to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical input and support in consulting, training, and outsourcing engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's preferred).
