A small bar in Nansana - Kyebando is looking for a hardworking and honest female bar attendant to manage daily drink service and maintain exceptional customer care. The position involves serving customers, managing table service, and keeping the bar environment clean and welcoming. This role offers a monthly salary of UGX 200,000 along with free accommodation and meals provided on site.

We are currently recruiting a Female Bar Attendant based in Nansana - Kyebando to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities, work closely with colleagues across departments, and contribute to the continued success of the organisation. This role suits someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers warmly and take beverage orders accurately.
Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks promptly and politely.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the bar area, tables, and glassware.
Handle cash payments correctly and account for daily sales.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Female, Age 20 - 25 years
Completed S.4 and above
Must be able to speak Luganda fluently
Must be clean, respectful, and good with customers
Must live near / within Nansana (Added advantage)
Ready to start work immediately
